Our Wedding

11 am - 12 pm Wedding Mass at St. Louis ChurchFather Raphael Ma53 Allen St E, Waterloo, ON N2J 1J3.Please arrive by 10:45 am to be seated. 12 pm - Please join us on the front stairs of the Church for a group photo after Mass Please Note: Jacob and Andrea are delighted to share their Wedding Mass with many extended family and friends. 12pm - 3pm - All guests joining us at the Chalet will have this time to make the 1.5 hour trip up to the Beaver Valley Area and settle into their accommodations. We kindly request that guests remain in their formal wedding attire for the Reception, as we look forward to capturing more photos and continuing the celebration together. Note: The reception will be outdoor in a large event tent. There will be a formal dance floor, but the rest will be grass! Please wear comfortable shoes and bring layers, if needed! 4 pm - Arrive at the Chalet for cocktail hour and live music! We will have a large event tent with tables to host our guests for an evening of eating, speeches, dancing, and fun! Note: The Beaver Valley Area does not have reliable uber or taxi services. We will be providing a shuttle service to take our guests to and from their accommodations for the evening! 5 pm - Dinner 6 pm - Speeches 7 pm - Dessert 8 pm - late - DJ, dancing and fun!

Wedding Day Itinerary

Church Address: 53 Allen St E, Waterloo, ON N2J 1J3 Chalet Address: 164 North St, Flesherton, ON N0C 1E0** The town is technically Eugenia, but for google maps you have to put Flesherton ** The drive to the Chalet from Waterloo is mostly back roads, so traffic is not an issue! It is located about 30 minutes outside of Collingwood.

Addresses and Directions

Question: What should I wear to the Church Wedding Mass and what should I wear to the Chalet Reception? Answer: We are kindly requesting our guests wear typical formal wedding attire to both our Wedding Mass and Chalet Reception. Andrea and Jacob will continue to wear their wedding suit and dress at both venues and would appreciate you joining us in staying dressed up at the reception for photos and celebration! Please Note: Our reception will be held in a large outdoor reception tent over grass.Please bring layers and comfortable shoes according to the weather. Question: How will I get from my local accommodations to the Chalet Reception if there is no Uber or Taxi? Answer: We will be providing a shuttle service to take guests to and from their accommodations at the beginning and end of the night. A schedule will be developed and communicated closer to the wedding date. Guests are also welcome to drive and park at the Chalet for the reception if they are not planning to consume alcohol. Question: Speaking of drinking.... will there be alcohol provided? Answer: Yes, we will have an open bar with a variety of drinks and a bartender!

Our Story

We are so touched by your willingness to travel and celebrate with us at two places that hold such special meaning in our lives. It is truly the greatest gift we could ask for. We will not be creating a traditional registry. If you would like to give a gift to commemorate the occasion, we would be deeply grateful for contributions towards our future home, a place where we will begin the next chapter of our lives together.
